Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using GrowYourSocialFootprint ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GrowYourSocialFootprint is an automated news-to-carousel pipeline that generates and schedules Instagram carousel posts on your behalf. You authorize us to publish content to your Instagram account using the access you grant via Meta's authorized API.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person per account — no sharing credentials

4. Content

GrowYourSocialFootprint generates carousel content based on your topic preferences and public news sources via RSS feeds. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. Content published through GrowYourSocialFootprint becomes your Instagram content and is subject to Meta's terms of service.

5. Image Usage

The Service fetches publicly available images from news article URLs for use in carousel generation. Images are scored, processed, and rendered into carousel slide formats. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to use the source content in your published carousels.

6. Compliance

GrowYourSocialFootprint includes automated image and content scoring, but you remain responsible for ensuring all published content complies with your industry's regulations, Meta's policies, and applicable copyright laws.

7. Billing

• Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
• Paid plans: billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months

8. Service Limits

The Service generates a maximum of 2 carousel posts per account per day by default. Additional capacity may be available on enterprise plans. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service quality.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it for spam. You may delete your account at any time by contacting operator@bhive.ca.

10. Limitation of Liability

GrowYourSocialFootprint is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
