Who We Are

GrowYourSocialFootprint is operated by BHIVE™ Labs Inc. ("BHIVE Labs"), based in Toronto, Canada. We provide automated news-to-carousel content generation for Instagram.

What We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, Instagram profile data (via authorized API)
• Usage data: Carousels generated, scheduling preferences, topic selections, content scores
• Payment information: Processed securely via Stripe — we never store card numbers
• Instagram tokens: Encrypted at rest, used only to publish posts on your behalf
• Article data: RSS feed content, article URLs, and associated images used for carousel generation

How We Use Your Data

• Generate, score, and schedule Instagram carousel posts
• Manage your account and subscription
• Improve our content scoring algorithms and template quality
• Send account-related emails (carousel previews, billing, scheduling confirmations)

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Instagram / Meta: To publish carousel posts on your behalf (via authorized API)
• Cloudinary: For carousel image hosting and delivery
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: Database hosting (encrypted)
• Anthropic (Claude): For AI-powered content scoring and generation

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Instagram tokens are revoked immediately. Published carousel images on Cloudinary are deleted within 7 days of account closure.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing operator@bhive.ca.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Instagram tokens are encrypted with application-level encryption. We follow OWASP security best practices.
